Certification of the Quality System UNI EN ISO 9001
In line with the Firm quality system, Neri Motori has reached the Certification according to the UNI EN ISO 9001 (2008). The effort made to reach this target, has helped us to improve continuously our products and our customer service. The determination of the management team in willing to keep the Firm at a competitive worldwide level, has brought an impressive upgrade in all the Firms activity, with a constant check on the CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Neri Motori has managed this, investing in staff training, in new projects, in new machines and technology in order to test parts in all production levels.
UE MARKING
According to the machine directives 2006/42/EC, the electric motor is a component that must not damage things or cause harm to people, or animals.
According to this we apply the following rules:
1. Low tension 2014/35/EU according to wich the electric motor is "low tension electric material".
2. Electromagnetic compatibility 2014/30/EU, in compliance with these directives, we have performed type tests on Neri standard production, in particular for safety purpose we have applied European standard EN-60204-1.
The corresponding documentation is available upon request.
APPROVAL (USA - CANADA)
Upon request, and upon agreement on quantity required, Neri Motori can supply motors according to the UL 100 4 Standard for Safety Rules and Norm CAN/CSA-C22.2 No.100 Motors and Generators.
Applicable only on recognized motors.
CSA INTERNATIONAL
Upon agreement as to the quantity required, motors marked CSA according to -CAN/CSA - C22.2 No100- Motors and Generators- File 231199, are available.
ATEX 2-22 CERTIFICATION BY EXTERNAL AGENCY
Neri Motori projects, manufacturers of Atex motors for zone 2 and 22.
GOST CERTIFICATION AND EAC DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
Upon agreement as to the quantities supplied by Neri, motors marked for approval by Gost or EAC.
